Improving health and social care: a vision for the Preventive Service

Restructuring the health and social care services is forcing many to close or become rational and managers have had to find new ways to ensure that they receive financial support to continue providing services. “In the current climate of rationing services , preventive care should be re-fenced to minimize accidents and deterioration of health service users in the home. The measure is intended to preserve the health and social care money in the long term. On the contrary, due to the drastic reduction in public sector organizations, unfortunately, prevention services are often the first to be fired. In fact, this amounts to negligence in the background, later questioned the existence of our core services – to handle complex situations such as critical care needs and substantial. So what is the rationale for this policy decision (Ugwumadu 2011).

However, one could argue that such decisions are accredited to the narrowness of some managers. In retrospect, some of them can only be seen within the parameters of its corporate responsibility is “saving money”. In fact, only the elderly and other vulnerable groups in society who suffer the consequences of irrational decision making. Therefore, the objectives of this paper is to clarify how managers can make the case to continue the provision of care in a changing economic environment in relation to demographic change and linear units of the family in the 21st century and beyond there.

The G8 should be in charge of Education, Sustainable Development and Human Services

If the G-8 in charge of education, sustainable development and humanitarian services in the developing world?

Lessons in life come through formal and informal, while formal education by the majority is valued as a human right can also be used to train and develop self-sufficient contributors and participants involved in the development of societies unsustainable. Many others take for granted the education and use it to spread knowledge in general and even useless. Education must be taken seriously to protect human rights and strengthening peace and sustainable environments in developing societies. Since conditions are not immediate problems worldwide, especially in developing states of Africa, a deep should consider what education can play a formal role to accelerate the development of people to bring solutions to the conflicts. Many of the G8 nations have been the guardians of developing countries at least during the last century. Although this time has proven very successful for most developing countries, has really been a measurable success of any African people? There has been a significant success for the poor? And not wrongfully blame, does anyone besides the G-8 not even taken an interest or responsibility for finding solutions to help educate and assist the development of poor countries differently?

These strong alliances in Europe and America are the main leaders in education and development around the world. They are the creators of most of the religious, social organizations and economic policies that offer programs and services to help developing nations and work together to provide humanitarian assistance to development of the peoples of the world. Yet, ironically, the European partners are among the from the beginning of the slave trade in the years 1600, 1885 and beyond who have combined resources to enable colonialism and neocolonialism, and the creation of the bureaucracy has played an important role in the underdevelopment of African states. For centuries, this leadership has gathered valuable resources especially in Africa and other developing nations in South America and had used human and natural resources to serve its own national interest and boost their economic and technological development. If indeed this is a historical fact about the history of our leaders, our leaders have been developed to be good stewards as the active practice of slavery, apartheid and colonialism? They must be willing and able enough to create educational, and social welfare that can empower those who once tried to dominate?
